Beautiful Metal Work!

With the school year about to start, I have been organizing my classes, figuring out what degree I want (Interdisciplinary, Fashion, Fashion with a minor in Jewelry, Interdisciplinary with a minor in Fashion, Interdisciplinary with a minor in Jewelry....Etc.) and I just registered in a Holloware class. I dropped a class last year that had welding in it because of a rather traumatizing story I have of welding.... So, I was rather a bit scared to try metal work again. But as I progress in my artistic practice I start realizing more and more that fibers and textiles need something solid and contrasting to go with it...*metal work enters stage left* *the crowd goes wild!!!*  I think I can brave the wild world of metals! I mean, which of the following is cooler? :

1. Sewing a nice bag.
                or
2. Sewing a nice bag....with CUSTOM HARDWARE and your brands logo made into a charm dangling from the custom hardware which fits the design PERFECTLY!

My money is on option number 2.

So since I am now enrolled in Holloware, I started to look up exactly what the whole process involves (no results :p) and what kind of things you can make with holloware. Here are a few things I found:
