Lethbridge!

So this weekend I went to visit my sister in Lethbridge which is three hours away! Yes, a very long way to go but at least my mom was driving :)

This is her self portrait before she ripped it up, you can see the pieces of it in the picture above. I kind of liked it, I really don't know why she didn't. And yes it is side ways, she sent it to me that way on my phone.

 

All the other students had nothing or very little in their spaces. (that little bit on the far left was about all there was, yes it is very pathetic)

Back in School Again :)

Things are going pretty well up to this point, I am not behind on any homework yet. The class I am most excited about would have to be ceramics!! I am by far the most interested in sculpting and making three dimensional works. This semester I have ceramics and next semester I have sculpture. I am also very excited about a new assignment in my design class in which I get to take pictures! Of course there are guidelines that I have to fullfill while taking the said pictures, but that is to be expected. In fact I often find that guidelines force me to be more creative in order to find a way around the limitaions to still carry out what I would like to do.

Here is a ceramic cup that I made the other day :) And I have just realized that it is out of focus, grrrr! Well I did take it with my phone.

 I am going to have to get back into my blogging habits, as it has been kind of dead on here lately. For that I am very sorry. But I would like to thank my wonderfull followers for sticking around! It is because of you eight that I am still here blogging. When I had none or very few followers it very many times seemed like I was just talking to myself (which did not motivate me to blog at all).
